I am interested in human behavior - our motivations, intents, and the context of our actions. There are many stories that are sadly left untold because they are too normal to be worth sharing. As an ethnographer and artist, my work features the unvarnished, touching upon aspects of our culture that we'd rather ignore.
When I'm making art, I'm influenced by the stories I've gathered over the years, the observations that I make daily. I'm convinced that all things have life, and they deserve to be spoken for through storytelling.
